Chef Michael McCray is a dedicated traveling personal chef, author, and founder of Occasions By M. With over 20 years of culinary experience—including food styling for O Magazine and cooking across 15 states—Chef Mike brings heart, heritage, and fine dining to every occasion.

From meal prep (which may not get the same plated appeal but always receives the same commitment to preparation) to intimate dinners and weekend retreats, every dish tells a story.
