Cancellation Policy
Occasions By M – Booking Policies • A flat non-refundable retainer of $250 is required to secure your booking date. • Remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled event. • Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. • One reschedule is permitted with at least 5 days notice (subject to availability). • Final menu selections are due 5 days prior to service. Menu is Pre-fixe exceptions Allergies and Dietary Restrictions • Additional requests or last-minute changes may affect pricing. • Service area includes Raleigh and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply beyond this region. By booking, client agrees to these terms.
